Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI/Bank Account)
• Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item in a different size, contact us at support@genzy.store

Failed/Cancelled Payments

If a payment fails or is cancelled, any debited amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 3-5 business days. If you do not receive the refund, please contact your bank or UPI provider.
